1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and patti3 ("patti3", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming information platform accessible at https://patti3.cam ("the Platform" or "the Website").

patti3 is an English-language online gaming information and guidance platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform provides sports betting guides, casino game overviews, payment method explainers, responsible gambling resources and related informational content. patti3 does not operate as a licensed casino or sportsbook and does not directly accept bets, deposits or wagers from users.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, guides, data, software and other material published on the Platform by patti3.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet credit, matched deposit, cashback or loyalty reward made available to Users subject to applicable terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to confirm a User's eligibility before certain Platform features are accessible.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "Payment References" means the payment method names (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) mentioned on the Platform as familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure only, and not as confirmed operator integrations or endorsements.
• "Operator" means any third-party licensed gambling operator whose services may be discussed or referenced on the Platform.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any way, you irrevocably confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms in full and understood their content;
2. You are of legal age to access gambling-related content in your jurisdiction (minimum 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by applicable law);
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law;
4. You will comply with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform;
5. You accept that patti3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and that your continued use of the Platform following such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals under any form of legal guardianship or lacking contractual capacity are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, email addresses or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and thereafter must be accurate, complete and up to date. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or voluntary account restriction at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during which your Account is active.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits access to gambling-related content.

5 Account Registration

Where the Platform offers account registration functionality, the following terms apply:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. patti3 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Account sharing is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must notify patti3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security related to your credentials.
• patti3 reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension pending verification.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account to any other individual or entity.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Accessing or attempting to access any part of the Platform using automated means, bots, scrapers or data mining tools without prior written consent from patti3;
• Transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or harmful in nature;
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, including through denial-of-service attacks, introduction of malicious code, or unauthorised access to Platform infrastructure;
• Using the Platform to engage in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime;
• Creating fictitious accounts, providing false identity information, or impersonating any person or entity;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage on the Platform;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, or any other applicable legislation.

patti3 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any User suspected of violating these Acceptable Use provisions, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of pending balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

7 Deposits & Payments

The following terms govern deposits and payment transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made using payment methods that are legitimately owned and registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are set by the operator. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Payment method references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure context only. Their availability as active deposit methods must be verified in the operator's live cashier. patti3 makes no representations as to their current availability, associated fees or processing times.
• Deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) are subject to any applicable currency conversion policies set by the operator.
• patti3 and the operator are not responsible for deposit failures, delays or errors attributable to your bank, mobile wallet provider or payment network.
• All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements.

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your Account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request is processed. This includes identity verification, age confirmation and, where required, proof of address.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. The name on the receiving account must match the name on your verified gaming account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and vary by payment method. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected (e-wallet, Raast, bank transfer), the operator's internal review queue and verification status. No specific processing time is guaranteed by patti3.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards are subject to the following general terms. Specific bonus terms are published alongside each individual promotion and prevail in the event of any conflict with this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users who have completed registration and KYC verification, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type.
• Bonuses have validity periods within which wagering requirements must be met. Uncompleted bonus wagering requirements lapse at the end of the validity period, and any associated bonus funds will be forfeited.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

10 Responsible Gambling

patti3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all its content and platform features. The following terms reflect our responsible gambling obligations:

• patti3 content is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Gambling involves financial risk and is not a guaranteed source of income. Users are encouraged to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to set strict personal limits on time and money spent.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall selection and arrangement of content, is the exclusive property of patti3 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, transmitted or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of patti3.
• Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
• Third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on the Platform (including payment provider names and sports league names) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not constitute any affiliation, endorsement or partnership.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, patti3 expressly disclaims all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, in relation to the Platform and its content, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

• patti3 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that content will be accurate, complete or current at any given time.
• patti3 accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including financial losses from gambling activity, reliance on Platform content, or service outages.
• patti3 is not responsible for the content, practices or terms of any third-party operator, payment provider or linked service referenced on the Platform.
• Nothing in these Terms limits patti3's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

patti3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable patti3 policy;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Conduct that patti3 reasonably believes to be fraudulent, abusive, collusive or otherwise harmful to the integrity of the Platform;
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following request;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request directing suspension or closure of the Account;
• Detection of bonus abuse, systematic exploitation of promotional structures or use of automated access tools;
• Access to the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Upon termination of your Account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance in your Account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where termination is not due to fault on your part, any verified balance will be returned to you through an approved payment method.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which patti3 is incorporated and operates. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so of their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

patti3 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Access to and use of the Platform may not be lawful in certain jurisdictions. If you are accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you acknowledge the existence of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable regulations, and confirm that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with your local law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

patti3 reserves the right to revise, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, patti3 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure your continued use of the Platform remains subject to the most current version.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Prior versions of these Terms may be made available on request by contacting our support team.
